***UPDATE**** I changed it to 4 stars because the company got in touch and sent another warmer with a cord, at which it was few inches longer. This still didn't work for me. This is for a desk with sockets at desk level. Being at home, sometimes I'm sitting at my dining table, coffee table or even my desk and the heaters just aren't designed to be plugged into a regular outlet. I really appreciate the customer service and the heating pad works for anyone with sockets at table height, just doesn't suit my space. I wanted something to keep my coffee warm when I'm working from home. Thought it would be a good option. The cord is so short that you can only use it on a counter or table. This works for an office desk with a desk-level outlet, but is pretty much useless otherwise.
