helpful for mobility and healing during c-section recovery
I love this binder. Used immediately after my c section and helped me feel sooo much more comfortable moving around, and helped me avoid swelling. The only thing that’s bugging me is that if you use it a lot (it’s been 3 weeks and I wear it pretty much 24/7) the velcro starts to become less reliable and will pop off. Otherwise I love this thing.
