helpful for mobility and healing during c-section recovery

I love this binder. Used immediately after my c section and helped me feel sooo much more comfortable moving around, and helped me avoid swelling. The only thing that’s bugging me is that if you use it a lot (it’s been 3 weeks and I wear it pretty much 24/7) the velcro starts to become less reliable and will pop off. Otherwise I love this thing.

Pros

CORE SUPPORT: Each strap can be tightened as much or as little to support where you need it most.

Cons

Can be inconvenient to put on and take off repeatedly throughout the day
