It's pretty easy to do the math

I ordered the 38D. It's pretty simple math. The 38D is 38 inches in diameter. I measured the item sent to me. It was 26 inches. It is a full foot narrower than this item should be. It is not the same as ordering small/medium/large. This item was advertised as 38 inches and it says so on the label. It cannot be worn and I am sending it back.
