Review on Certified Refurbished HP VH240A Monitor 23.8" - Frameless, Anti-Glare Screen, Built-In Speakers, 60Hz, 1KL30AA, HD, LED by Nick Fraguglia

Decided to replace two incompatible monitors on my 4 year old Dell workstation. Not a gaming PC, more of a normal PC with office applications. In general I am satisfied. No speakers required. One is connected to VGA and the other to HDMI. There is a slight difference, but it's not a monitor issue. I'm very happy with the picture, it's definitely sharper than any other monitor. One of the boxes had a thin red and black vertical line. Swapped the cables for another monitor, charged it, changed the monitor settings using the buttons on the bottom. The line stays. Requested a refund after 24 hours and printed a return label. Another 24 hours later I received a message from the seller via Revain asking me to describe the problem in more detail. Did this when I requested a refund. As I began my description again, I noticed that the line had disappeared! I will keep my return label for another 7 days, I am pleased that 1) the seller and Amazon immediately gave me a return label. 2) the seller tracked and 3) the monitors arrived earlier than the scheduled date 4) the image quality and characteristics of the monitors. I will update this review if the problems reappear.
