I was very satisfied with this purchase, with several realizations. It looked just like the picture and has lots of pockets inside and out. I love the built in port which makes charging and charging things easy. The computer bay is great and keeps my computer safe. I didn't really pay attention to the measurements and I wish I had. It's not as deep as I'd like it to be. therefore limit how much I can put into it. Also, the buckles that allow you to adjust the straps are plastic and don't hold the straps in place. I had to bring them back to where I want on a daily basis (a little annoying). Finally, the price is a bit high. It could probably be around $10 less. Overall, however, I am VERY happy with the backpack and happy with my purchase.
