Most people are fine with these tampons. Now, if you use them for a specific purpose that requires a fuller head or a longer stick, they may not suit your needs. But most of us don't really need anything extra to do most of the things we use them for. There is slightly less cotton on the grated head and the stick is slightly shorter. Perfect for most of our mopping jobs. The cases are made of medium-weight plastic, which should hold up fairly well unless you get a little rough and fall with them. Should of course be enough for 50 shots. Ideal for travel, to keep in your purse or some kind of work bag. I like to keep a pack in my art box. I would be a little careful how you put it in your carry case just because I suspect the lid could easily pop open if thrown in. Just in case, I would always keep the case in a pocket in the bag or put it down somehow so it doesn't move everywhere. They snap into place, but the case doesn't feel as secure. Similar in size to a pack of cigarettes. No exact dimensions but close enough. These tampons make a decent set of interchangeable containers for those who need a pack to move around easily, or as multiple packs in different rooms around the house. The sleeves keep them clean and easy to store.
