Pros: If you use them for PCB mounting with infrequent mating/unmating cycles. it is very good! Cons: When using them for embedded connections, soldering to the mating connector is non-trivial (>26 gauge wires) and the pre-connected side is tinned with a short solder zone to extend the wire. length . Stripping wires can be difficult due to the few strands available which can easily break. It also requires strain relief for any cable extensions (e.g. shrink tubing at the connection points) and some hot glue on the mating connector side. I still give them 4 stars because PCB mounting applications were the design goal.
