Yes it works! But some improvisation is required.

Do you know? Yes. I'm a non-smoker, I drink 2-3 cups of coffee a day, so consider your habits and the like when it comes to product expectations. The kit includes a whitening chart of 24 shades of white, 1 of which is the whitest, allowing you to assess your tooth shade as needed. I started at 12 ended at 2. The clear whitening gel comes in 3 syringes which you apply the product from which is best compared to an unshaped sports mouthguard. My advice is DO NOT use it this way. In my opinion, the instructions ask for too much product (0.04ml each at the top and bottom of the mouthpiece). Use 0.02ml for the top and 0.02ml for the bottom. Since the mouthpiece cannot be cut to fit your teeth, it does not necessarily come into contact with the fronts of the teeth you wish to whiten. Most of it just seeped into the gum line, where it burned badly. I followed the instructions in the letter twice only to find that this method wasted product and failed to make proper contact with the teeth. I suggest using 0.02ml for the upper teeth and another 0.02ml for the lower teeth and applying with a cotton swab. by coloring the product. As I literally did, I took a dixie cup in the bathroom, turned it upside down and applied 2 separate 0.02ml balls of the product to the hard bottom of the dixie cup, collected it with a cotton swab and tinted it . the product immediately into the top part, and the bottom part is yours. DO NOT allow the mouthpiece to come into direct contact with your teeth after insertion, otherwise it will simply be pulled back into the mouthpiece by the tooth surface. The mouthpiece itself attaches/detaches to a small disc-shaped plastic device with a blue LED that can be turned on and off with a button. Lithium batteries are included to power the device. After pressing the button, the LED lights up for about 10 minutes until it goes out again. I recommend 30 minutes whitening for best results. It looks like a small blue-lit spaceship sticking out of its mouth. If you have tooth/gum sensitivity this may be a problem for you, but this is no different to other similar products. The box also includes a syringe of blue "desensitizing" gel to mitigate this, but I've never used it so I can't comment on its effectiveness. When you're done, simply detach the mouthpiece from the LED spaceship and rinse your mouth and mouthpiece. Do not rinse the disc device itself, which is still attached to the mouthpiece. It's got batteries, folks. I understand that this method is more time consuming and methodical, but I'm a champion. you are him too πŸ™‚ I like this product because by the way it allows you to use this kind of custom application by giving you direct access to the gel itself. The LED mouthpiece offers higher product reactivity than a whitening strip and less burning gums due to direct application to the tooth surface. I have seen results in 2 correct uses. Stick to the daily regime until the product is finished and do it at night after you last brushed your teeth. Do not eat or drink afterwards if you want the product to work better. I'll take another box. I recommend the product.
