Review on SkillGigs by Tutcht Cobb

The ability to connect with potential candidates via skillgigs was great! I had no problems finding qualified talent when needed. They also have a lot of resources available through their website which helped me out quite a bit when connecting with my candidate pool. Their support team was very responsive as well. Nothing really comes to mind at this time but if it were up to me I would definitely say that there are some things they could improve upon. It's not something that impacted our business process in any way, but we did receive feedback from other companies who used them for recruiting purposes. We used SkillGigs primarily for technical interviews/screener questions. I liked the fact that I could search for jobs and apply right from the app. I disliked that it seemed like the application would close or freeze up often. It took a long time for the app to load and show me the jobs I was searching for. I did not like the fact that it was so hard to navigate through the app. It was very confusing and I kept getting stuck. I would definitely recommend the app to people who are looking for a job. I used the app to find a job. I was able to apply right from the app.
