My experience has been good and positive in most aspects for my daily usage of ServiceDesk Plus

The ability it provides us with quick accesses from any place at anytime as well as easy editing options are very useful features which other programs lack. While using this program I have not encountered anything negative or disliked about its use so far. Although we can do some basic customization but sometimes there's no option available when you need one. This program gives fast results during our work by giving accurate reports regarding service issues while also helping me fix them quickly without wasting time searching through documents etc.

  • User friendly interface for everyone in an organization regardless if they're technical savvy
  • Can easily be used across multiple platforms like Windows, Linux Ubuntu OSX (Apple) & MACOS X operating systems.
  • Provides both internal data management system along side external client support services that help clients manage their fleet vehicles remotely via mobile devices such phones tablets computers laptops web browsers smartwatches fitness trackers wristbands
