Design and quality are missing. I've had it for 5 months now and the lampshade cover connector is already broken and the steering wheel cover is slightly cracked and torn off. The plug will only be replaced under warranty. 1 year warranty only. Our latest stroller (City Choice) comes with a lifetime guarantee and you can see the difference in quality. However, I love the way this stroller handles and its versatility. If they could improve the quality and design it would be better. And I would like to see the customer service improve at the same time as obviously not fixing bad quality.
