I love that it's easy enough so anyone can use this tool with little training! It is very intuitive but also has some basic functions you need learn which may take time if not familiarized first (like adding new rules). Sometimes we have multiple people testing at once causing one of us get stuck waiting when trying something out while another person tries next thing without realizing they're still working through previous step - would be nice there was an option where testers could work independently instead having everyone wait until someone else finishes their steps before continuing? Having more than 1 tester helps speed up our QA process by giving each other ideas/feedback about issues etc being pointed towards quickly since all data comes from same place & shared between devs +testers+QAs+.
