Their control panel is pretty clunky and not intuitive. I had to look up how to do some things. I also had a hard time figuring out where I could find a lot of the features that I needed for my website. I would definitely recommend Verio for an e-commerce website. The support is amazing. They are always willing to help. It is a great value if you are looking for a good host. They offer shared hosting, reseller hosting and dedicated hosting.
