Attaches fairly well to my standing desk. And holds my 43" monitor. I have to have it almost all the way up and the pole is quite far out but it holds up. I don't move my desk much, I got a standing desk mainly because it allows a taller person to adjust better to the height of my desk. It holds up well but the monitor wobbles a bit. However, I only have something under the other end to hold it in place. I think I'm the max size of things. However, everything feels solid and easily attaches to the monitor and the table itself, while working great.
