Don't rub her neck!
My dog's premium collar from the pet store was chafing on his skin due to peeling skin on his neck. I got this in hopes we can still get them to wear their dog tags. Your skin looks great under that collar! Soft edges cushion the collar so your skin doesn't chafe underneath. I think it gets dirty quicker than the other one, but I'm happy to buy a new one and keep my dog tagged and comfortable.
