Review on Vibrant and Long-lasting Pravana Chromosilk Vivids Hair Color - 3 Pack (Vivid Violet) by Stephanie Webb

I have included 3 pictures to show the different coloring steps and also to show how different lighting affects the appearance of the color. Beautiful and bright, photos do not convey. In the last photo, this color was purchased from another seller and I thought it looked a little lighter. But it also stained EVERYTHING, including my skin. I couldn't wash my hair at any point without going purple - my whole bath, back, neck, arms etc. He left all my pillows purple and it was awful. But from this seller I had no such problem at all. I see a few comments mentioning this problem but I personally don't have any and I bought 6 boxes and had no problems with them, not even with my bathtub which is the case with most dyes. This brand of dye is the BEST semi permanent color I've ever used because it lasts so long and has a blue tint so it doesn't fade to a weird pink-purple. Another review mentioned that they weren't sure if it was a blue base, but last time I definitely thought so. I waited too long to do my roots and parts of my bangs faded a beautiful blue. (Usually this doesn't happen) I wash my hair 1-2 times a week (dry shampoo will help you). I don't even use cold water, I use warm water and make sure to use a sulfate-free shampoo. I bet it will stay even lighter with cold water. I've never had to use a mask to apply color like I do with other dyes. I don't even edit my color, it takes until it's time to bleach and color the roots. From time to time when I put on the roots I apply color to refresh them but you can do this by mixing with some conditioner so you don't use a lot of product. Just note that the more you apply, the lighter the color will be. I wish this seller would offer XL vials but I'm glad they even offer this one so I can buy it and get salon results at home. As much as I hate to tell you how good this product is because I don't want it to be sold everywhere, I highly recommend it. I will never use any other brand of paint again. I hope they never discontinue this color it's my favorite perfect purple. Will buy from this seller again.
