I've been carrying this bag for over half a year and I'm still getting compliments! Traded in my old handbag for something smaller and lighter on my shoulder/back. I use it frequently and have had no major problems; It has two clasps that hold the strap on the handbag itself and sometimes if one of them is at a weird angle it will come loose, but it's easy to put back on and it's not a big problem. It easily fits in my phone, small wallet, passport, two sets of keys, and other small items like folded papers and lip balms. However, do not overfill it, otherwise it will not close completely and there is a risk that it will come loose.
