Provides relief to an injured ankle after a long day
I sprained my ankle badly while running a few years ago and it has almost never been the same. This ankle band provides support and also helps relieve the pain I sometimes feel after being on my feet all day. I like to wear it at night because that's where the ankle seems to be the worst. It is easy to put on and take off. I only use it at home, not in shoes.
