The stuff really works! I've only applied the color product twice in 5 days but so far the results are really good. After two uses the change in hair color is definitely noticeable but for now I've mixed some gray with brown which makes my hair look real and not colored in general. I'm not even sure I'll do another application, at least not yet. I applied the first application to damp hair as directed and ended up with a light shade. However, I followed another user's suggestion for a second app. With rubber kitchen gloves and paint, I ran my fingers through my DRY hair, waited 2-3 minutes, then hopped in the shower and washed it all off. It seems to have worked even better, at least on my hair. (Note: This is not the manufacturer's instructions.) I am very satisfied.
