Around the middle of 2020, I completely changed my skincare routine when I realized that it's not just about adding moisture, it's about keeping skin hydrated. This meant adding as many tonics and essences to my routine as possible so my skin could absorb as much hydration as possible in a day. It didn't mean just any toner or essence. Of course the ingredients were important. I found this toner from Aprilskin, a Korean skincare company, and knew it was worth a try. You get just under 7 oz. herbal skin care products with no added alcohol. It consists of 80% wormwood, which phenomenally unclogs the pores and improves hydration. It smells very little, but what is there is a very pleasant "green" smell. I found it much easier to use a sprayer or atomizer when applying, so they transfer to a small 2 ounce. Bottles with spray nozzles. I've been using it for almost 2 months and it's what I keep in my skincare routine. I change a few others as new products come out and I want to try them, but I try to keep a solid base of four that stay the same. This is one of them.
