Practical and not intrusive! nice bracelet on the wrist. I had my first bout of very painful tendonitis and it was a great relief. It supports and helps me to limit my movements just enough not to make the situation worse. I can still do my daily work like cleaning, painting, driving, cooking etc. I'm using it right now as I write this review. And I don't see it getting in the way. The inside is soft and elastic. Velcro fasteners are also elastic. The size is also true to me, neither tight nor loose. It's comfortable and relieves my pain. Highly recommended.
