Used twice and one of the side zippers came off.

Used twice and one of the side zippers came off preventing the back from being able to close on one side. I'm updating a previous review. I was able to fix the zipper with a zipper repair kit. This is a great bag for traveling and is an acceptable carryon for the 3 trips I have taken this year.
