In general I have enjoyed working with both the technical support as well as sales staff of this organization! We are implementing their system into our existing CRM to better organize our contacts for future campaigns or events. They've been very helpful in answering questions about how best to implement their software within my current environment. Their implementation process has seemed fairly straightforward when compared against other companies that we worked with over the past 10 years at previous organizations. This may be because they tend to take things one step further than some vendors but still doable without being overly complicated in terms of customization needs (vs many out there). The biggest benefit is having an organized database/contacts list - it allows me to more easily target those who need additional information before sending them mailings or making calls and reduces wasted time on follow up phonecalls by not needing to call back people whom had already indicated interest via email.
