Headphones paired with Bluetooth on my phone (Kyocera) are fine but when I downloaded Google's NIA Connect app I kept getting an error saying Bluetooth is disabled, even after restarting phone? God the headphones say they are connected and the audio is redirected from my phone to the headphones. So the NIA app must really suck! OK, that's a problem! I can't connect to a radio station or use my MP3 player without an app running and the instructions don't include support numbers to call or troubleshooting guides? Guess where the headphones went? End of the story!
