Looked great in the photo. One of the white plastic parts that the drawer slides out on is deformed, causing the entire assembly to be bent. The transparent plastic has a crack and a few scratches; I don't know if it was sent like this or if it happened at the time of delivery; It was not well protected in the shipping box. There are four places the metal should snap - in my case only three can snap, which adds to the curvature. And a warning: the drawers can tip/fall out if you pull the drawer out too far; I'm going to attach each drawer to the back of the unit with some sort of fastener so that each drawer can only be pulled out to a certain limit. I will also add the capture circles below; otherwise the whole block will slide when the drawer is opened. (On the lowest shelf in the refrigerator when using this unit.)
