Very defective, poor construction
Very cheap product. Makes low port freight prices attractive. Laminated steel construction. Poor workmanship and fit. Either loose or dragging joints. He started ripping the metal right out of the box, making only one move. I can not imagine in real use or shop. Stay away, don't even throw away the tools.
