I love making my own garam masala tea and this teapot is simply irreplaceable. After adding loose tea and hot water it's easy to see how the tea is brewed to get the desired strength, then I put the teapot on my cup and he pours out the tea without the leaves, it's amazing. It's easy to clean and the mesh cone at the bottom slides out when needed. If stains appear on it, a little baking soda will help.
