Cheap quality and no prayer time setting

I just received this watch. It's so cheap. No instructions. It shows the prayer time but there is no option to choose the prayer time. It doesn't have a bezel and glass on the dial as every watch, even a $5 watch, has a bezel and glass. This is the third time I have had problems with an Amazon order. I'm embarrassed to return items but it's just wasted money. I spend $23 and it's not even worth $5.
