I bought these because I read good reviews about their moisturizing effects and I have horribly chapped lips that are difficult to heal. I put one on and before I could even lie down it started to burn. I tried lying with him, but it only lasted about 20 seconds before I had to give up. My lips burned so much I couldn't take it. So yes, hard pass. The rest went in the garbage. Also, the instructions say the grooved side is raised, but both sides were grooved. π€·ββοΈ
