Update 28 August 2020 I took a chance and contacted the company about a broken shoulder strap and they were very helpful. Apparently their bags come with a 1 year guarantee and they sent me a new strap within days. As I said when I first reviewed the bag, this is the perfect little bag and the customer service is worth it. I couldn't even come close to reloading the pouch, and the bolt clicked mid-magazine. I also don't use it often enough for it to wear out. I can stash a 22-ounce water bottle with my clutch, which I carry from bag to bag that holds my essentials and my Kindle. The canvas is durable but not stiff, and the leather accents are soft to the touch, and the shoulder strap is perfect, especially if you have large boobs. The bag has a flat bottom, but won't stand up on its own if there aren't any items in it. I was able to protect from stains and water with tape.
