The best thing about this program was that it made me understand what I needed in order for my business not only comply with but exceed all of EU's regulations, including those specific requirements related specifically towards customer data privacy (GDPR). It also helped us identify our gaps by providing insights into current practices so we could prioritize improvements or make adjustments where necessary. This software did help solve some issues regarding compliance within one month; however there are still many things left undone which will require more time before they can be fully addressed as well since their team has been quite busy during these months working overtime due at least partially because of COVID19 pandemic situation - meaning very limited access outside work hours/weekends etc., making them unable to deliver timely responses even if you reach out via phone calls / emails directly when such an issue arises after office.
