Review on Transform Your Space with Satco SF77 621 Recessed Converter by Max Stallworth

I have a double back staircase in a two storey house that has an on/off light switch at each end and a recessed pot shaped light at the top center of the staircase. Ceiling. Tried a motion-sensing night light on the middle heel, which worked fairly well, except the light often popped out of the wall when someone was carrying something up or down. Light switches with motion sensors at each end would work, but couldn't limit them to just the first step at the top or bottom of the stairs, so the lights came on almost every time someone moved downstairs. This extension allows me to set the motion sensor socket I added to the right "span" so that the light comes on when someone is about to enter the stairs from either end. (Maybe there's a better way to do this in rich people's homes. It seems the building code almost certainly calls for automatic stair lights.) I think I could have used a shorter extension, but this one is good... made, perfectly adjustable up/down and around the circle to work just right. It looks a bit odd when you look at it, but after a while I didn't notice it anymore and I think most visitors will never notice (not that I give a mountain of beans what they think of my light!) .
