They are reliable! I have never had an issue with them or their customer support team. We were struggling with our tax forms - they resolved it right away without question. It's like we've been doing this together since day one! You get what you pay for here. If you want cheap subpar work then go elsewhere. However, if you're willing to shell out more money than normal for accountants/CPA firms, this is the best option. In addition to solving all my filing issues related to my businesses' S-Corp status (and other things), I also used their software to track inventory for two separate companies that do not share common ownership.
