I first bought one of these monitors as I wanted to work from home. I wanted a solution where I could connect my laptop via HDMI and still use it as a secondary display, but big enough not to seem tiny compared to my dual monitor setup at the office. To be honest I prefer that attitude now. and we bought more office monitors to replace the dual screen setup and paired them with laptop stands to make it look less like a command center and look more elegant! The screens are of good quality, very affordable and large enough for split screen use.
