Bought for a cat lover who loves them very much. It's amazing, and the standard white light is brighter than expected (but still a nice, quiet light), which might not be desirable if you're using it as a night light, but worked great for us. The material is pleasant and soft, it is pleasant to poke in it. A charge lasts quite a long time. We only use it for about an hour each night, but it lasted a couple of weeks if I remember correctly. What I don't like is what everyone else has said: While the color changing mode has nice colors, it's not "breathable" at all. It abruptly switches from one color to another at (roughly) second intervals, which is distracting if you plan to do something else with it. The charging cable at the bottom makes it easy to charge during use. Other people have complained that the tap is too sensitive/not sensitive enough. I think this is great, although it's worth noting that the base recognizes the crane, not the body. Therefore, tapping on a soft surface like a bed requires more effort, while on a hard bedside table, even tapping the table next to it can bring about a change. Regarding customer service, the first cat I received was free so I sent the seller a video of the problem. Two weeks later they sent me a new one, not broken. Can't do much better.
