fair quality. Stopped working after 6 months

Most of them worked fairly well but longer ones stopped working after about 6-9 months. It seems strange that the one that lay there for 9 months was never removed from its place next to my bed. $2 each but no way to access the customer service department. I just wanted to help them by sending back the broken ones but there is no information for them anywhere.
