I was going to give this a poor review - up until I finally got it set up and tried it.The set up was a nightmare. The poles did not lock together as the directions said. It was likely even more difficult because I was the only one putting it up and was absolutely determined. Once I finally got the frame assembled, the second zipper broke immediately (the one that zips up the very base and meets the other one at the door), I had to fix it which took forever. Even still the threading at the base doesn’t synch together completely( I don’t know why they don’t have industrial strength zippers on this).With that beings said once I got it started and waited for the steam to fill up - I got in and was amazed ! It really does feel like a high end sauna. I was impressed. I didn’t get the little remote to work yet but then again I didn’t try too hard. Overall, I am disappointed in a couple of small aspects but really impressed by how it works.
