These shoes arrived as if someone had worn them on the street before. Both shoes had some black scuffs and I had to send them back. I would not consider the shoes that arrived as new. They also fit very oddly and didn't want to change them. Maybe that's because I have flat feet, but I still didn't like the shoes.
