When you first put these headphones on, you could feel annoyed or afraid, but just give them a few minutes to warm up. After the purchase, they have a sound that is significantly below average, particularly in the extremely cutting tops. After letting Tara Labs break in for ten hours, the sound greatly improved; the midrange became audible, the bass grew elastic, and the peaks got more agreeable. After listening to it for a total of three weeks and allowing myself to become accustomed to it, I am now able to declare that the sound is absolutely fantastic. Take it, you won't regret it. The one thing that I don't like about the way things are currently is that the indicator is too bright; it hurts my eyes when I look at it at night, but it shouldn't be too difficult to cover it up.
