Leaked on first dive destroying camera which is now caked with salt and completely unusable. When leaving the water, the suitcase was completely locked. When I opened it I found water in the case. The salt continued to show up on camera over the next few days and I washed it off only to see more showing up. The maximum diving depth was 30m with a nominal depth of 40m. I checked the case and camera in the tank before diving, so I'm sure it wasn't operator error. The manual describes its use as easy, with no warnings that anything might leak. There's no reason to think it could be leaking. After the crash I contacted Drift Innovation to see if they could help get it working again. They let me go through a bunch of tires only to then refuse to even reply to my emails. Somehow, pretending to help is more insulting than just saying they didn't mean to. I emailed them about Revain. They told me to contact them through their website and provide invoices for the camera and case. i did this A few weeks later I get an email saying someone forwarded my email to their manager. 2 more weeks with no response, I'm writing to find out what's going on. No Answer. I can only assume they never intended to help and wanted my application outside of the Revain ecosystem.
