Review on Tability by Jackie Stewart

The ability to easily set up my team's goal setting process with our organization was great! It also allows for some really nice reporting features as well which has been helpful in measuring how effective each of us are at reaching those objectives that have already been created within this software tool!! I haven't found anything yet about the software itself that I dislike but there may be something out their somewhere. If you're looking into using one of these tools (or any type) then definitely look around before signing anyone else up because it can get pricey depending upon what level they want when purchasing them. We used ours mostly internally so it wasn't very expensive compared to other types of programs like Slack etc. But yes you do need multiple people who use the program to sign up otherwise someone will always end up paying way more than intended if not careful enough. This has helped me keep everyone.
