This stuff smelled very strongly of bug spray! The tiny particle that landed on my skin from where it got on the packaging started burning my skin and no washing will get rid of the horrible bug spray smell on my skin. I've purchased aromatic gardenia essential oil and essential oil from many sources over the years as I use them in soaps and personal care products and it's nowhere near! No one wants to smell like insect repellent or get burned! I don't know if every bottle smells like this or if this has been tampered with because the security seal was broken, but I just can't recommend this item.
