I've only worn this one time so far, but it does make you sweat! I'm going to measure my waist and see if I can tract a difference. I'm 5'3', currently down to 141.6 and I got the small. It is slightly difficult to put on and take off, but that is kind of necessary for this type of item. I will update review if it helps with inches. I don't believe in a "quick fix". I've been consistently working out for 5 months now(2-3 times/week) moderate incline walking for 250-400 calories at a time and I'm at 141 down from 158/160 ish. I count calories, but haven't had a strict diet. I am hoping this product helps my stomach clear out some impurities that get trapped in the skin. We shall see!
