Wrong ribbon for what I've always bought

I've been ordering this about once a month for a while now. Wrong tape was sent this time and it's terrible. I have no choice but to use it. This one was the wrong color, cheap like paper and not silky like the previous ones. It was wrapped in styrofoam so as far as I know it's really not the brand I ordered but had a barcode taped on the bag. Very disappointed with wasted money. I usually order silky maroon/maroon.
