Unacceptable?: Toys for babies and toddlers

This toy is cute and at first sight we thought what a cool toy then my nephew came and said aunt these toys are inappropriate he is 7 years old old, and I bought it for his little sister. Things like that threaten me not to play much with my niece and then he talked about touching her "boobs" it's a toy for a small child or infant which I don't think is appropriate. I haven't heard the first lullaby or sign of a happy cow. Can't recommend based on our experience.
