Paper grade screen protector

I decided to review this because nobody else has it. The product comes in two packages and includes instructions printed on the back and a QR code that links to a YouTube video of the installation process. Bellemont makes the exact steps very clear in both written instructions and videos. A simplified version of the instructions is also included on both cleaning kits in case you accidentally throw away the packaging. It's a little fiddly to install, but to be honest, it's just a screen protector. You need to be careful, quick and precise in both cleaning and application to get the best results. Personally, I've had more success with screen sticking by lowering about 2/3 of the screen to the exact spot and then focusing on removing any air bubbles. Don't be afraid to slide with your card, but don't dig in the corners - you'll just pass the blue protective layer on top. I made this mistake and ended up getting two very small bubbles at the bottom of the screen that doesn't affect the quality or experience in any way. I'm a fan of the look and feel. The monitor no longer seems overly bright and colors are still rich and vibrant. No glare even in direct sunlight. For me, this is very paper-like when drawing, but I've found that the friction between the pen tip and the screen is slightly greater than when drawing on a piece of paper with a thin line. This is likely because the Surface Pen's tip is much thicker than the thin liner, which creates more friction. This can be easily overcome anyway, it's just something to be prepared for if you're used to working with an unprotected screen with less friction. Overall, this is a fairly simple but effective product that is a bit tiresome. install correctly. But if it wasn't routine, you wouldn't get such good results. If you're out there thinking about smashing up your old Surface from 2-3 years ago to paint it, this is a screen protector. This makes life a lot easier because there's very little friction between the exposed screen and the tip of the Surface Pen. This protection essentially adds a subtle layer of friction to make the drawing experience more controllable. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone in this very special situation. If you are looking for an old screen protector, I assure you there are others that are cheaper. But if like me you want to draw on the Surface 5/6, this is the product you need.
