Quality is fantastic! It's huge, very roomy for everything I could ever need. Constructed from thick, durable, waxed canvas. It has a button at the top to stay closed. I was afraid the tapes would look cheap. It doesn't look cheap at all. It is great! I bought it as an extra bag for military work. Folds up perfectly when packing. Honestly, it folds about the size of a folder. A little thicker, of course, but very practical. I def. recommend it to everyone! For under $30 this is a bargain!
