I'm 6'0" tall, 319 lbs, 44" waist. I have a large and a long, 3 shirts of different sizes. a little tight but not too tight but still comfortable to wear, 3XL is perfect for me, 4XL is sooooo comfortable, I like it and my girlfriend likes it more, it's big but not too big.
