I like that it is very easy for our clients to use! They love how simple everything has been made, including scheduling appointments. I dislike having so much more work than necessary when we have people who are not using services or there are conflicts in appointment times with others needing access as well. If you are looking to reduce paper flow this can help cut down significantly since all client files go into one place instead of being sent back and forth between offices. You also get instant access across locations which helps keep everyone organized. I like that it is very user friendly, easy access for my clients as well! It also has an online portal which allows me quick updates when needed without having everyone in person or using emails only through this system!! Easy accessibility with all team members available 24 hours via phone calls & text messages are other benefits we love about our account manager! We have not had any issues yet but if there was something else i would be more than happy too make suggestions.
