Strange consistency after application

I don't know what's wrong with that, but it's weird. It smells good but the consistency is not the same. Oil is oil right? Probably no. Most beard oils are oily. This material is ground into a strange sticky substance. It feels like the solvent is left over. The oil should remain oily and not sticky. Not a waste of money but I won't buy it again.
